Summer’s Coming… Food Prep is Key!!

If you’re trying to slim down for the summer or just cut out the bad snacks then prepping is the key to success!

I like to make sure I have plenty of snacks and try to mix it up so it’s not boring. A usual lunch prep for me would include:

Salad:

  • Romain lettuce
  • Cucumber (diced)
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Olives
  • Grilled Chicken
  • Red Cabbage in Balsamic Vinegar

Snacks:

  • Apple
  • Banana
  • Pistachio Nuts
  • Raisins
  • Carrots

Yoghurt

  • Greek yoghurt
  • Strawberries
  • Banana

To make it easier in the week, grilling all your chicken on a Sunday really helps. Get your routine sorted and you’re half way there guys!
